At Horizon you will find a contemporary worship experience led by a dedicated and talented group of musicians. We believe that worship is more than just singing words to a few songs on a Sunday morning, so our worship band attempts to bring the congregation into an awareness of God's presence each and every week.

The band meets each Monday for practice, and then again Sunday before church for another run through. Each time the band meets together, they spend a significant amount of time in prayer -- praying for the church, direction for the worship, and for each other. We recognize everything we do is for God's glory, and prayer helps us maintain that focus.

Many of our musical selections come from popular contemporary worship artists, such as Hillsong United, Chris Tomlin, David Crowder, Vineyard Music, Jeremy Camp, and many others. Occasionally the Horizon worship team contributes original worship music as well.
