Building and Property Team
Mike serves at Horizon in many different capacities. Mike heads up the team that takes care of our building, and has been instrumental in our smooth transition to the new location! Feel free to contact him if you would be interested in helping out with anything related to the upkeep of our building.
Work nights are Tuesdays from 6-9 pm
Grass cutting is done on Tuesday evenings in the spring and summer months

Jill has been a member of Horizon Church since 2004. She serves on the leadership team as head of the children’s ministry program (nursery through 6th grade). She teaches in the Elementary Sunday School classes and is in charge of the Youth Praise and Worship Band. In addition, she plays piano in the adult Praise and Worship Band.
The best part of Jill’s job is spending time with the children of Horizon Church. Their energy and enthusiasm lifts her spirits. Prayer time with the children is one of the sweetest things to hear.
Jill loves the beach, spending time with her family, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers. Go Pack Go! Jill is a registered nurse and has been married to her husband, Curt, since 1983. They have four children (Zack, Cathy, Julie, Casey), 3 cats, and a dog. They reside in Allentown.

Diana started attending Horizon Church January 1, 2006. She has been serving as Community Service Leader since 2013.

Congregational Life – Administrative Assistant
JoAnn starting coming to Horizon Church in the summer of 2013. She became the Administrative Assistant in January of 2014 and Congregational Life Leader shortly thereafter. As the Congregational Life Leader, she is responsible for planning different opportunities for fellowship among the people of Horizon Church. Whether it be coordinating Outdoor Family Movie Nights, an outing to the Phantoms, Tuesday Night Walking Club, Blessings Bag packing night for The Warming Station, or collecting socks for the homeless, there is always something new that needs to be planned.
JoAnn enjoys spending time with her husband, Pete, and their two children, Nathan and Sydney, whether it be camping, bike riding, hiking, gardening, or enjoying the outdoors. Her favorite thing to do with friends is attend Christian music concerts and horseback riding. The most rewarding part of being a team leader at Horizon is working side-by-side with amazing people who are driven by the same desire to serve.

Steve has attended Horizon church since 2008 and is an Elder. He and his wife Teri have been married for thirty-one years and have three children Zachary, Noah, and Jillian. Currently Steve is Discipleship leader and his wife Teri is the church Treasurer. At the present time Steve works at KidsPeace as a Latenight Mental Health Technician. Steve enjoys fishing, fitness, and reading.
Corry has been a member of Horizon Church since 2008. She serves on the leadership team as head of the Justice Team. In addition to the Justice Team, Corry serves on the Counting Team, the Event Team and takes the lead on the Egg Drop and the Pumpkin Carving Party. She also organizes an annual trip for anyone interested in volunteering for a day at the GAIN warehouse in June.
Corry is a teacher/librarian and has been married to her husband, Steve, since 1995. They have three soccer playing boys; Dylan, Ben and Chase. She enjoys reading, playing games, scrapbooking and watching her boys plays volleyball. Corry enjoys being part of Horizon’s leadership team because she wants to expand Horizon’s reach. She has seen first-hand that one person, who takes action, truly can make a difference.

Teri joined the leadership team in 2014, and is responsible for Horizon’s finance team. She oversees the financial secretary, the counting team, and is the acting church treasurer. Contact Teri with any questions related to our church finances. Teri enjoys cooking and baking, going to movies and spending time with her family. Teri resides in Allentown with her husband Steve, and is mother to three children, Zachary, Noah and Jillian.
